Although the location wasnt super central, it was a tucked away hidden gem with a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful addition to our stay!

The place is quiet and clean. This is only the best thing. The food served in big portion. It is not tasty for Thais like me too greasy and too big plate.

Beautiful property, tranquil, with excellent views and really terrific design. The location forced me to leave the tourist ghettos, and see an interesting and different part of Bangkok. Also got me on the ferry, which is really neat. The staff are really sweet.

The river view from the property. The property terrace is direcly opposite the reputable, among Thais anyway, Siriraj Hospital, but it is practically on the bank of the Chao Phraya River. The other side of the river bank is Thammasat University, an old academic/political institute of Bangkok, and beyond that, Sanam Luang and the Grand Palace. At night you can see decoration lights from Maharaj Pier on the opposite side and from hotel/cruise boats on the river. The property is quite charming and would be perfect for a winter getaway (for people from Northern Hemisphere, of course) when it is not too hot outside. The property is not too far from the popular Wang Lang market, where you can find all sorts of local food and clothing, and from there you can hop on a barge crossing the river to the Grand Palace. It is also a short taxi ride away from Wat Rakung/Wat Arun temples, the Royal Navy Yard, or even the famous Icon Siam mall.

IT is really different experience for Bangkok called slow life that is true a real neighborhood was a great experience. ALso liked being on the canal very relaxing even with the noise of boats .
